Artist Carol Fippard and I were asked to paint a mural for a shop in Katikati depicting the area - Kaimai ranges, Uretara river, kiwifruit and avocados etc only to be told after many weeks of work, the shop lease wouldn't be renewed! Yes, we did it for love! Eventually it found a home in Katikati's Cherry Court in the pharmacy window. We had such a lot of fun painting it - thanks for the laughs Carol x
